These Terms & Conditions apply to the website www.thepurrmethod.com and to any product bought from The Purr Method, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 42122623.

By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• We, us, our, The Purr Method.
• You, customer, the person visiting the site or buying a product.
• Product, the digital guide The Purr Method: A Gentle Guide to Understanding Your Cat, and any other digital product we offer.

3. Applicability

These terms apply to every visit, signup, and purchase. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.

4. The product

Our product is a digital e-book (PDF) about cat behaviour. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The content is educational and general in nature.

The product is not veterinary or medical advice. It does not replace a consultation with a qualified vet or behaviourist. If your cat is unwell, in pain, or showing sudden changes in behaviour, please see a vet. We cannot guarantee specific results, as every cat and home is different.

5. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown on the product page and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is handled securely by our payment provider Plug & Pay. We do not store your payment details.
• A purchase is complete once payment is confirmed. You will then receive access to the download.

6. Delivery

The product is delivered digitally. After your purchase, you receive a download link by email and on a confirmation page. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. If you have any trouble, email thepurrmethod@gmail.com and we will help.

7. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

For digital products, EU law gives consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.

When you buy the guide and choose to download it immediately, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. Because the product is a digital file that cannot be returned, purchases are therefore final once downloaded.

If you have not yet downloaded the product, you may contact us within 14 days to withdraw and receive a refund.

8. Intellectual property and licence

All content of the product and the website, including text, photography, design, and the name and logo of The Purr Method, is our intellectual property or used with permission.

When you buy the product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own household. You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the product,
• reproduce or publish it in whole or in part,
• use the content for commercial purposes,

without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer and liability

We put care into our content, but we provide the product and website as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of our content, or from your inability to access the site or product.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited under Dutch law.

10. Prices and changes

We may change our prices, products, and these terms at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already made. The version of these terms in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Complaints

If something is wrong, we want to fix it. Email thepurrmethod@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can, and within 14 days at the latest. If we cannot resolve it together, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
